Most people depend on others for Happiness but the Truth is it always comes from Within. We are chasing after happiness faster than ever. And the faster we run, the longer the race becomes. Since happiness is so subjective, can it really be measured and studied scientifically? Researchers say yes. They believe that we can reliably and honestly self-report our state of happiness and increases and decreases in happiness.
Happiness is nothing but to uncover yourself of what you already have. Happiness is a choice not an achievement, nothing will make you happy until you decide to be happy. The ancient yoga and spiritual teachings stress that happiness is real only when you let go of seeking material and transient things and discover the lasting joy that is within.
Life is always Amazing as it is, irrespective of the fantasies you have. Just learn that you have some amazing things inside you, that they are very beautiful if you learn to accept them for what they are — and not try to meet up with any fantasy.

Do the things that make you happy
No one is in charge of your Happiness except YOU. Doing things that you love to do–and even better, getting paid for it–are good ways to boost your level of happiness. When work feels like play, you’re more likely to enjoy other aspects of your life better, too. Don’t look what you are supposed to do and go after what you know you can get in the best possible way. Accept and love yourself for the unique gifts and talents that you bring to life. Spend more time to please yourself.
See every challenge as an opportunity for growth. Don’t worry about the little things and negative things ruin your life. Take plenty of “worry vacations” where you train your mind not to worry for a certain lengths of time. Be more optimistic about the future and your ability to accomplish life goals. See the humor in life and in our experiences. Take life less seriously and learn to laugh at yourself.
Chose a Healthy Lifestyle
Keep a daily routine. Get enough sleep and wake up at the same time everyday, preferably early in the morning. Exercise daily to the point of sweating. It increases endorphins in your body which help to prevent stress, relieve depression, and positively improve your mood. Eat properly because what you eat has a direct effect on your mood and energy levels. Don’t overeat and try to practice healthy self-control.
Learn how to Forgive Others
We forgive others to free ourselves and walk into compassion and love by doing so. Learn to forgive and forget. Forgiveness Doesn’t excuse others behavior but it prevent their behavior from destroying Us. Forgiving other people may make you a happier person as it reduces blood pressure and lowers stress levels.
Sit down, light a candle and do some deep breathing for ten minutes, it will relax your mind and body. In doing so, you get in touch with your inner-self, and invariably, you’ll get to know yourself a little better. By relaxing and releasing tension through the breath or yoga practice you feel more calm throughout the day. Meditation always stimulates feel good factor.
Don’t Compare Yourself To Others
Accept and celebrate each day. Be grateful for your life, for each moment of your day. It’s very important not to emotionally put down or beat yourself up. Just be kind and practice generosity by giving without expecting anything in return. Do not speak negative about others as you will attract more negativity to yourself. Don’t focus on other’s life make sure that world is not like what it seems. Enjoy every thing you have and succeed.
